New Albany Walking Club

Membership in the New Albany Walking Club's Walk University is open to women and men of all ages. We meet every Sunday morning at 7:30am inside the Philip Heit Center for Healthy New Albany. Our walks will go through the scenic paths of the New Albany communities. Members will enjoy the camaraderie of others during walks. Coffee and snacks provided after the walk each week.

Columbus Food Truck Festival

The Midwest's largest food truck festival will take over Bicentennial Park, Scioto Mile and the Rich Street Bridge! This is a two-day event featuring over 50-60 of the best food trucks from Ohio and surrounding areas. The festival will feature live music on the Bicentennial Park Stage and our Second Stage located on Washington street on the West side of the river along with family fun for all ages.

WonderBus Music & Arts Festival

The Elevation Group, producers of Cleveland's music festival are bringing a brand new music festival to Columbus, Ohio this August 17-18, 2019. The new festival is called WonderBus and will be curated by the same team and in the same fashion as LaureLive - a fun and highly entertaining music festival with great food, artisan vendors and ancillary activities appropriate for all ages.

Artists performing include: Walk The Moon, Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, The Revivalists, X Ambassadors, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Bishop Briggs, Jenny Lewis, Andrew McMahon In The Wilderness, Chelsea Cutler, Mt. Joy and many others.

Wag! Dog Festival

Enjoy a day with your dog at the largest single-day dog festival in North America with thousands of other dogs! There are fields for the dogs to run, lakes for them to swim, and many other fun activities. Many local vendors will be in attendance selling products from dog leashes to treats! The festival will take place from 10 am- 4 pm on Saturday, August 17, 2019, at the Darby Bend Lakes Area of Prairie Oaks Metro Park
